There is a relatively recent theological system known as New Covenant Theology. One of the major tenets of this system is that it denies the ongoing obligatory nature of the moral law of God in the lives of believers. Ryan goes through important passages to demonstrate that this is false and that the law and the gospel sweetly comply together.
