We are joined by Steve and Chelsea Willingham who are currently building their new coffee shop Clarity Coffee in Downtown OKC set to open in early November 2015. They give us a lesson in coffee types and preparation techniques, plus they brought us coffee!

Their season is coming to a close on October 17th and we get the story of how these ladies have been helping to revitalize downtown Edmond and what to expect when visiting Heard on Hurd.

It's been one year since the Oklahoma Independent Food Truck Association (OIFTA) formed. Since then they have gone from 4 trucks to 53 and counting.
