A court has ordered the Police force in Malawi to compensate 13 women and 3 youngs girls for the rape assault by members of the police force. The rape which was done in retaliation for a police personnel who died in the village was taken to court by the Women Lawyers Association of Mawawi.

Ghanaian dancehall artist Stonebwoy is reported to have assaulted the manager of Sarkodie Angelo leading to him being admitted in a hospital. A picture of Angelo circulating social media shows him with one eye heavily covered with a plaster. The incident happened at a taping of a virtual concert organised by the leader of Sark Nation, rapper Sarkodie.

According to eye witnesses and people who were there, Stonebwoy was unhappy with the special treatment of dancehall artist Shatta Wale. He felt disrespected by how he was treated compared to Shatta. Shatta who is coming off from the biggest hype of his carrier which is the feature by American pop darling and global icon Beyonce is said to have helped calm things down after the fight.

A Ghanaian girl in Suadi Arabia was also lynched and beaten by three Ghanaian guys when they found out she was dating a man from another country. The men who burged into her room while she was in bed with the man exposed her and later are seen in a viral video caning her. The men claim she had brought disgrace to the nation.
