Anthony Ferretti entered the industry in 2001 and has 17 years in various lending areas such as residential mortgage, consumer lending, commercial, and SBA lending. He is now the co-founder of the Metrolina Mortgage Team powered by Fairway Mortgage. Anthony has been with Fairway for 4.5 years working to originate residential mortgages and oversee team production which served over 225 families in 2022. An NC resident since 2016 and located in Charlotte, NC, he is licensed in 5 states with a team that is licensed in all 50. Married with 2 children he understands the needs of families and enjoys helping others achieve their goals.
