Seriously ... I record these podcasts. I think they are amazing. I say ridiculous stuff.  I hit upload and then I start to write out these show notes and think "DID I JUST TELL THE WHOLE WORLD ABOUT MY EARS?????"

And apparently ... yes ... yes I did.

But that's not entirely what this episode is about.  This episode is about how disempowering beliefs and a lack of self-worth can cock-block the universe from bringing us all that we desire.

But what's the BEST????  We can do the WORK ... to reprogram those thoughts, so that we can BE who we came here to be and achieve everything we ever desired and even more.
