Wait, You Haven't Seen...?

This week, Travis welcomes back the Dustie White and Dusty Red from Grey Muzzle Geekery to talk about the military thriller from director John McTiernan, Basic. Starring John Travolta and Samuel L. Jackson. How was their first viewing of this one? Did they figure it out early, or did the whodunit style of story fool them? Why was this McTiernan's last film? After ending Cage-A-Palooza last week with Raising Arizona, we continue with another Coen Brothers Classic. Stephen and Jacob, of the 2Dorks network, join Travis to watch the 30s era Mississippi adventure, loosely based on Homer's The Odyssey. Stephen is a big Coen Brothers fan, but had never seen this one. And Jacob, well he loves it. Endlessly quoteable, and with great music, this one is truly a classic Thanks go out to Audie Norman (@OddlyNormalOne) for the album art. Outro music "In Pursuit" provided by Purple-Planet.net
