After going on spring break with my family, I am feelin regenerated and ready to take on the rest of the semester! It is so important for us to take breaks and clear our heads when we need to. We can not be expected to be 100% all the time! A vacation (or a staycation) works quite well for getting your mind off work and school.

Life is really hard and sometimes all you can do is separate your laundry into lights and darks. That is OKAY! In this week's episode I talk about a "small-wins" approach to life.
