Waiving the NDA

18 months ago, Josh came to me with self-doubt that was interfering with his career. We put 7 unedited coaching sessions up on YouTube. Today, he’s in a role that “feels like home”

I’ve never seen him this lit up

And many days I still cannot believe we pulled off that series: https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLyY9dij56zZA95Vcho0YazqEUZC3f4TTy

Sat down with him in September for the first time since last year’s sessions.

91 minutes reflecting on that experiment, the meaning he’s found in this new path working with kids, and everything he hopes to be able to give them.

On the outside so much has changed. But I knew the minute we sat down that this was the same old Josh we all love.

In 2017, Mike Sullivan hit rock bottom. He was unemployed with $80K in debt.

Driven by a deep purpose, he made a decision to conquer decades of limiting beliefs by rebuilding his identity and his mindset.

9 years later, Mike has closed over $70M in new business. At a company that hired him off a cold LinkedIn DM.

And today, he's coaching other sellers and leaders through their own personal and professional comeback.

We spent 93 minutes diving into the ups and downs of this journey.

And if you know Mike, you know how open he's going to be through this.
