  • 10 Reasons why Alabama beats Georgia

Kyle Henderson of Bama Football on Youtube provides his 10 reasons why Alabama will beat Georgia this weekend.

    1. Jalen Milroe

Jalen Milroe has accounted for 14 total touchdowns in only three games of action this season, including eight passing and six rushing. His 14 scores have led to 84 points, tied for the fifth-most in the nation. He has 746 total yards this season

    2. Kalen DeBoer’s scheme

In 14 previous matchups against ranked competition, Kalen DeBoer is 12-2. Of note, DeBoer is 4-1 when matched up against top-10 teams

    3. Home Field

Alabama boasts the best all-time home winning percentage in the FBS with an .841 | Since 2008, the Tide is 15-1 (.938) in SEC home openers.

    4. Pressure on Beck

With Tate Ratlege out for UGA, expect Alabama to send pressure up the middle. Q Rob has three sacks, Alabama is allowing just 115.7 yards per game through the air. 7th in the Country.

    5. Third Down Defense

Through three games, the Crimson Tide defense has allowed just eight third-down conversions in 49 attempts (16.3 percent), the best mark in CFB.

    6. Big play ability

The Tide have created a reputation as a big-play offense to start the 2024 season. Of Alabama’s 21 touchdowns, 13 have been scores of 20-plus yards (61.9 percent).

    7. Bama’s run game

Alabama’s 1-2 punch of Jam Miller and Justice Haynes has proven effective through the first three weeks of the season. The duo have combined for 430 of the Tide’s 714 rushing yards (60.2 percent) and five touchdowns

    8. Mentality “LANK”

This team did not finish the job last year. They know what’s on the line each week. Milroe said they want to attack.

    9. Underdog

This is the first time Alabama is a home underdog since 2007. That is yummy reverse rat poison.

    10. Saban’s guide

Saban had success against Kirby. He knows Kirby. Saban and Kane Wommack talk. Promise you that.
