Solo episode where I talk about the idea of waking up and what enlightenment is through different lenses like yoga, Buddhism, Christianity, Human Design and Astology. Synthesizing these concepts and offering some of my journey along the way.
My takeaway practice was to simply begin to notice the breath as often as you can. To create some space, using deeper breaths, for the purpose of creating space between our thoughts and actions; to notice the quality of our breath in different emotional states and to possibly create an intention and attaching it to the breath.
These concepts and bits of science and spirituality seem like the foundation for future conversations where I'll be interviewing influential women, their process with 'waking-up' and their personal stories.
