MY HEART BREAKS

Dear Friends and Family, Podcast Visitors

Like you, my heart breaks with the brutal death of George Floyd. I also ask myself the question is some of these individuals using this as an excuse to loot and just riot.

The issue of racism has raged in this country for decades,  just a few example Selma to Montgomery marches Mar 7, 1965 – Mar 21, 1965 Watts riots Aug 11, 1965 – Aug 16, 1965 The 1992 Los Angeles riots were a series of riots and civil disturbances that occurred in Los Angeles County in April and May 1992. (AKA) Rodney King riots.

 And as we can see, it is still something that rips and tears at the heart of anyone who believes in the value of every God-created human being.

The Word of God makes it clear that Jesus looked far beyond the color of skin, or societal “norms” of even that day as He so often stopped to minister to the broken, downtrodden, and rejected ones.

One of the most powerful scriptures I can think of sharing with you is one that most of you can quote by heart because it is IN your heart and it is this: John 3:16 (KJV) 16 For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.

God loved the world THEN, and He loves the world NOW. Loving the world means that He loves the people He created.

Genesis 1:27 So God created man in his own image, in the image of God, he created him.

I pray for truth and justice to prevail in the tragic death of George Floyd and strongly stand against this senseless taking of life. All Life Matters.

The pain and hurt are real, and that is undeniable.

As the body of Christ, we cannot be left with the sense that the only way to bring about change to society is through force. As believers, we must be people who set the pace and lead the way forward to THE better answer.

Romans 2:11 For there is no respect of persons with God. What does Romans 2:11 mean?

This verse refers to what Paul has written several times so far in this letter. The good news of the gospel of salvation through faith in Jesus was given first to the Jewish people and then to all others (Romans 1:16). In the same way, God's judgment on sin and the potential reward for good living will be given first to the Jews and then to all others (Romans 2:9–10). In spite of both things being given first to the Jews, they will also be extended equally to all of mankind, and under the exact same conditions.

In that way, God does not show partiality even to His chosen people of Israel. When it comes to His judgment on human sin, God holds the same standard for all.

Paul's words likely infuriated the Jewish religious leaders who opposed him all around the known world. They held as sacred truth the idea that they were protected from God's wrath because of the law and their special relationship with God as a nation. Paul will insist, though, that salvation for any one person is available only through personal faith in Jesus Christ and not through following the law of Moses.

The late songwriter Andréa' Crouch wrote a great song years ago that shares in a few lines what I'm trying to share with you in a full letter.

JESUS IS THE ANSWER

Jesus is the Answer for the world today,

I truly believe with all my heart that if we take time to look to Jesus as our example, no matter what color our skin may be, we will recognize the tremendous value in EVERY person created in God's image.

Pray for America that we will see a Revival of love and grace for one another.

May this time be a catalyst for change as we move closer to God and the kind of love that brought Jesus to an Old Rugged Cross.

Churches Are Essential and have always been

I want to thank President Trump for having the courage stating that houses churches are to be considered essential and that governors are not to impede worship from taking place. I’m sure that many churches are still concern if this is still a legal issue for many churches currently. Although some may think we are not a Christian nation they need to think again; The U.S. Constitution never explicitly mentions God or the divine, but the same cannot be said of the nation’s state constitutions. In fact, God or the divine is mentioned at least once in each of the 50 state constitutions and nearly 200 times overall, according to a Pew Research Center analysis. There is ongoing violence against many Christian we should not be Conservative Christian we should not be stunningly and tellingly silent about sharing God’s word and its truth

 Upon my research from David L. Holmes, C. James Moore, and Tim LaHaye books both books are title the faith of our founding fathers I found that the U.S. Founding Fathers fell into three religious’ categories:

the smallest group, founders who had left their Judeo-Christian heritages and become advocates of the Enlightenment religion of nature and reason called "Deism". These figures included Thomas Paine and Ethan Allen.

the founders who remained practicing Christians. They retained a super naturalist world view, a belief in the divinity of Jesus Christ, and an adherence to the teachings of their denomination. These founders included Patrick Henry, John Jay, and Samuel Adams. Holmes also finds that most of the wives and daughters of the founders fell into this category.

the largest group consisted of founders who retained Christian loyalties and practice but were influenced by Deism. They believed in little or none of the miracles and supernaturalism inherent in the Judeo-Christian tradition. Holmes finds a spectrum of such Deistic Christians among the founders, ranging from John Adams and George Washington on the conservative right to Benjamin Franklin and James Monroe on the skeptical left. So as far as I can tell we started out as a Christian nation and still is it just that many do not want to accept or believe.

Memorial Day (previously but now seldom called Decoration Day is a federal holiday in the United States for honoring and mourning the military personnel who had died while serving in the United States Armed Forces. The holiday is now observed on the last Monday of May, having been observed on May 30 from 1868 to 1970.

Many people visit cemeteries and memorials on Memorial Day to honor and mourn those who had died in military service. Many volunteers place an American flag on each grave in national cemeteries.

Memorial Day is considered the unofficial start of summer in the United States, while Labor Day marks the unofficial start of Autumn on the first Monday of September.

Two other days celebrate those who have served or are serving in the U.S. military: Veterans Day, which honors those who have served in the United States Armed Forces;[5] and Armed Forces Day, an unofficial U.S. holiday (earlier in May) for honoring those currently serving in the armed forces.

ALSO LET US REMEMBER THOSE THAT IS SERVING ON THE FRONT LINE DURING THIS COVID-19 PANDEMIC.

A strong conviction and trust in Jesus that comes by: The Word of God - Romans 10:17 New International Version (NIV) 17 Consequently, faith comes from hearing the message, and the message is heard through the word about Christ. The evidence provided by the Word of God - John 20:30-31 New International Version (NIV)

30 Jesus performed many other signs in the presence of his disciples, which are not recorded in this book. 31 But these are written that you may believe[a] that Jesus is the Messiah, the Son of God, and that by believing you may have life in his name.

 The "world" we can overcome by faith in Jesus includes anything That can hinder our relationship with God, even such things as... Anxiety  Discontentment, Boredom, Fear, Depression, Grief, Despair ,Loneliness even this Covid -19 which was sent by the enemy to try to destroy our faith, just as he tried to do with job, however Job held steadfast to his faith. 

Job 1 1-22 here I only share versus 6-12 6 One day the angels[a] came to present themselves before the Lord, and Satan[b] also came with them. 7 The Lord said to Satan, “Where have you come from?” Satan answered the Lord, “From roaming throughout the earth, going back and forth on it.”

8 Then the Lord said to Satan, “Have you considered my servant Job? There is no one on earth like him; he is blameless and upright, a man who fears God and shuns evil.”

9 “Does Job fear God for nothing?” Satan replied. 10 “Have you not put a hedge around him and his household and everything he has? You have blessed the work of his hands, so that his flocks and herds are spread throughout the land. 11 But now stretch out your hand and strike everything he has, and he will surely curse you to your face.”

12 The Lord said to Satan, “Very well, then, everything he has is in your power, but on the man, himself do not lay a finger.” Then Satan went out from the presence of the Lord. Now think about that Did Satan ask God to create this covid -19 to see how many of us would curse him and turn away from him

Help to overcome the problems before us:  Isaiah 41:13 For I am the LORD your God who takes hold of your right hand and says to you, Do not fear; I will help you. 1 Peter 5:7 Cast all your anxiety on him because he cares for you. Psalm 56:3 When I am afraid, I put my trust in you.

Matthew 6:25-27  “Therefore I tell you, do not be anxious about your life, what you will eat or what you will drink, nor about your body, what you will put on. Is not life more than food, and the body more than clothing?  Look at the birds of the air: they neither sow nor reap nor gather into barns, and yet your heavenly Father feeds them. Are you not of more value than they? And which of you by being anxious can add a single hour to his span of life?”

Think about all the things that was done to take God out of the schools and courts. But we have a loving God that forgives us, always, yes, I believe God is trying to get our attention, calling our nation and this world back to him, we need to adhere to his calling.

God has given us such wonderful gifts, so can have the kind of relationship with God by which we can also overcome whatever else the world might throw at us...  Hebrews 11:1 New International Version (NIV) Faith in Action 11 Now faith is confidence in what we hope for and assurance about what we do not see.

I’m Not Ashamed of The Gospel

 What you going to do when the son of man comes back? Nowhere to run Nowhere to hide Jesus is coming back. Jesus is standing at the door and he's knocking waiting for you to invite him, are you willing to invite him in are you going to break bread with him are you going to let him Be the new head of your household, well he is standing at the door and knocking. Jesus said in Revelation 3:20 Behold, I stand at the door and knock. If anyone hears My voice and opens the door, I will come into him and dine with him, and he with Me. Let him in. This is not a fairy tale this is real.

The book of Revelations the last in the bible has long caused controversy and debate as it deals with the second coming of Christ and final end of the World, though often cryptic We are in the end times whether you want to believe it or not Jesus is coming back and I truly believe he is coming sooner than we may think So what you going to do there would be nowhere to run there will be no place to hide are you going to be like the rich man who prayed  too late  who refuse to feed lazareth while he was begging at his gate. Luke 16:19-31 New International Version (NIV)

I want to make myself clear no one truly knows when Jesus is coming back not the Angels in heaven not even a son himself knows when his father our father is going to send him back here to earth no one truly knows. Jesus specifically states you may not know the day or hour (Matthew 25) and many denominations do not emphasize the apocalypse and it is rarely preached on in church services. And I do not know why it is not, I think it is because of fear, Fear of dividing the church and creating arguments among the congregation. Fear of showing lack of knowledge on the subject. Fear of the political correctness that has reached up to the church in these days. Again, I really do not know I’m just being opinionated. Are you aware that this is written in the book of Revelations, Revelation 1: 3 Blessed is he that readeth, and they that hear the words of this prophecy, and keep those things which are written therein: for the time is at hand?

Jesus states specific things, in Matthew 24:5–8 which will happen before the end.  “For many will come in my name, claiming, ‘I am the Christ,’ and will deceive many. You will hear of wars and rumors of wars but see to it that you are not alarmed.

Such things must happen, but the end is still to come. Nation will rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom. There will be famines and earthquakes in various places.” An increase in false messiahs, an increase in warfare, and increases in famines, plagues, and natural disasters—these are signs of the end times. In this passage, though, we are given a warning: we are not to be deceived, because these events are only the beginning of birth pains; the end is still to come.

Like I said there would be nowhere to hide nowhere to run nowhere to hide Jonah  tried to do precisely that Jonah tried to flee and run and hide from God he tried to flee to tarnish as if saying that he went to the end of the world you know if you look at psalms  139 verse 7  is there where can I go from your spirit what can I go from your presence?

 reality we cannot hide from God. God sees everything.  We flee or run away from God is by pretending he's not around to see what we do or don't do. Have you ever acted as if there was no God? people God is real, God is the living God, and his Son Jesus is our Lord and savior.

The return of Jesus will not be seen by just a few people, as was true of his entrance into the world when he was born in a manger. This time men will see the Son of Man coming in clouds with great power and glory. The reference here is to Daniel 7:13. This is the first time Jesus definitely connected the title “Son of Man” with the Daniel prophesy: All of humankind will see the Son of Man as the ruler of this universe. His major concern will be to gather his people together so they might share in this time of triumph. The phrase gather his elect from the four winds, from the ends of the earth to the ends of the heavens, has a dual meaning. Not only will he send his angels to gather his people from the ends of the earth but apparently those in the heavens who have gone on before will also be with him to celebrate his triumph. Before I end this podcast let take a look at what

                                                         Paul taught about the end times:

1. The Lord will descend 2. The dead in Christ will rise first 3. The living will be caught up with them in the clouds to meet the Lord and be with Him forever 4. "Don't believe those who say the Day of the Lord has already come" 5. The Day of the Lord will be preceded by: Rebellion • The revelation of the man of lawlessness who will: • Oppose and exalt himself over God • Set himself up in God's Temple • Proclaim to be God • Be revealed when the one holding him back is taken out of the way • Be accompanied by satanic, counterfeit miracles • Deceive those that do not love the truth 6. When Jesus comes, the man of lawlessness will be overthrown and destroyed. (1 Thessalonians 4:17; 2 Thessalonians 2)

Now let’s Look Again at what Jesus Himself said:

1. Jesus promised His disciples that He would come again. Before his return there would be: "Birth Pangs" (Events before "the signs" of the end) Many will claim to be the Messiah • People will be deceived by these messiahs • Wars, famine, earthquakes, pestilence • Believers in Christ persecuted and killed • Believers will witness of Jesus to kings • Many will turn away from the faith • Betrayals by parents, brothers, and friends • Increase in wickedness • Fearful events and signs from heaven "The Signs" of the End • Jerusalem surrounded by armies • The "abomination of desolation" • Great tribulation like never before • Jerusalem will be trampled on by Gentiles • False prophets perform signs, miracles • Sun darkens, moon doesn't shine, stars fall • Severe ocean activity disturbs the nations • People will faint with terror • Jesus will appear in the sky • The trumpet will sound • Angels will gather God's elect (Matthew 24-25, Mark 13, Luke 21)

 My question is will you be ready?

We live in a nation that is destined to die opinions is Like a butt we all got one so here is mine we live in a nation that has taken Jesus and God out of the equation we live in a nation that persecute Christians and celebrate homosexuality

 we live in a nation where the constitution has been destroyed and freedom of speech is not really allowed, we live in a nation that is harmful to tell the truth because of fear of being ridiculed for not being politically correct: As for me I chose to be politically incorrect.

 we live in a nation where your birth gender is not your birth gender it's OK to say I am a girl in a man's body we live in a  nation where  preaches and many churches twist  the word of God just to get more butts in the seat the and more money in their pocket

 we live in a nation where many Christians are  afraid to stand up for God's word and to stand firm we live in a nation that is sue  happy because of the fact we  had  a Christian Baker refuses to sell his product to a homosexual couple because of his faith in God and his Christian belief

we live in a nation they had become lovers of them self-haters of God, boastful, liars, money hungry, and the list goes on

we live in a nation where our  elected leaders argue fuss and fight like little children we live in a nation where people think that they're entitled people this is not Burger King you are not entitled to anything we live in a nation where people think it's just OK to have it your way

we live in a nation where morals in America have went down the drain and people just don't care about moral values anymore, we live in a nation where false Bible teachers will be money hungry, they'll be smooth talkers they would have many followers and slurs the Christian faith

 we live in a nation where many people will and have forsaken the 10 commandments as a moral code: committing adultery, fornication, lying and killing we live in a nation where they had become a cold religious system and people are indeed now denying God in his power, we live in a nation where its institution of marriage between man and woman have become completely forsaken:

 we live in a nation where  people just don't seem to care anymore we live in a nation where  the technology seems to have taken over we live in a nation where  we will find hypocrites within the church we live in a nation where humanity has become so materialistic we live in a nation where  Christians are being persecuted because Jesus said Christians and would be hated for his namesake: I’m glad and proud to be a follower of Jesus and a child of GOD.  we live in a nation where I or business cannot say merry Christmas but have to say happy holiday.

we live in a nation where many of our youth has become so rebellious the men become lovers of their own selves most proud blasphemers disobedient un- thankful and unholy, we live in a nation where men   ignore the warning signs of the end of time and began to Mock God.

 We live in a nation that needs God in Jesus at its center we live in a nation that is destined to die without Jesus and God in it. It has been said and I have read that if God doesn't punish America, he owes Sodom and Gomorrah an apology we live in a nation that is destine to die without God and Jesus in it.

THE ONLY GHOST AROUND HERE …….IS THE HOLY GHOST

The Bible does not mention Halloween. Whether or not Christians should celebrate Halloween can be a very controversial topic. Some Christians celebrate Halloween simply by dressing up in a costume and having fun, seeing it as innocent and harmless. Other Christians are equally convinced that Halloween is a satanic holiday established to worship evil spirits and promote darkness and wickedness. So, who is right? Is it possible for us as Christians to celebrate Halloween without compromising our faith?

The New Testament teaching about the occult is clear. Acts 8:9-24, the story of Simon, shows that occultism and Christianity don't mix. Read Acts 13:6-11 and also Acts 19 So, should a Christian celebrate Halloween? Is there anything evil about a Christian dressing up as a princess or cowboy and going around the block asking for candy? No, there is not.

Are there things about Halloween that are anti-Christian and should be avoided? Absolutely! If parents are going to allow their children to participate in Halloween, they should make sure to keep them from getting involved in the darker aspects of the day. So the only ghost around should be the holy ghost, we should still reflect a redeemed life (Philippians 1:27). There are many churches that hold "harvest festivals" and incorporate costumes, but in a godly environment. There are many Christians who hand out tracts that share the Gospel along with the Halloween candy. The decision is ultimately ours to make. But as with all things, we are to incorporate the principles of Romans 14. We can’t allow our own convictions about a holiday to cause division in the body of Christ, nor can we use our freedom to cause others to stumble in their faith. We are to do all things as to the Lord.
