This week we got the opportunity to sit down with some of Travis's brothers in the battle. We talk about the value of each man having a group of guys that they can stay connected with and how important those guys are as we lead and father our children.

Travis and Bill share who they look to in the scriptures as Godly, biblically masculine men and what they have learned from them. They speak of the value of seeing the world through the proper lenses and the value of mentorship and the challenge that comes with that.  They share the truths they find in the scriptures that define biblical masculinity and the value of “the one degree” of change that can happen in mens lives.

What is masculinity? – You aren’t a man because of what you do – you are a man because you were created that way.  Today on the podcast we talk about this idea of masculinity and the various ways it is described in our society. We look into the scriptures and ask what is fake and what is real when it comes to masculinity?  

Breaking the intimacy barrier - There are times when your marriage seems like a coexisting relationship verses what God really intended. We talk about the value in the short game verses always trying to get the touchdown.  We as guys generally have one thing in mind when it comes to pursuing our wife.  There is something powerful as we begin to see the value of investing in the day to day with our spouse.  Yes sex is fun, but there is actually more than that with our marriage.  But yes its really fun.
