This 30 minute episode is to provide you with another gentle morning yoga practice. We spend about 10-15 minutes with gentle stretching lying down on our back. Then we will eventually make our way to standing, and flow through several sun salutations before we make our way to savasana and rest peacefully before we begin our day.
