Missouri Governor Mike Kehoe (R) says he will not call a special legislative session on data centers. State Rep. Don Mayhew (R-Crocker) and at least 15 of his House colleagues want to see a special session. Governor Mike Kehoe was live Wednesday on 939 the Eagle's “Wake Up Missouri." Governor Kehoe says safeguards are already in place under Senate Bill 4, saying that law ensures that large energy users pay for what they are going to use. The governor also says decisions on data centers are local decisions made by local elected officials. Representative Mayhew was live this morning on "Wake Up Missouri" and says he's hearing a lot of voter interest about data centers as he goes door-to-door. Mayhew also has concerns about water:
