Jack Nunn is the son of an Olympic Rower John Nunn. He has competed in many sports throughout his life including Rowing. Jack lives in Long Beach CA and runs his rowing fitness center there.

During this episode, Jack talks about, health & fitness, and what has kept him going through all of these years of being an athlete. We talk about all the Iron Man races he has competed in and also the Ultra- Ironman race. Jack loves his dad (John Nunn)has had a massive impact on his life through sport and in life in general.

I met Mike just over 3 years ago in Playa Del Carmen, Mexico on a running track. We were training and ended up talking. Then we were good mates from then on.
I haven't met Rick yet but we've had plenty of conversations. We plan on all catching up soon in the near future. Had a really insightful catch up with these guys.

Medellin, Colombia.
I literally just met Rebecca today.
We set up the podcast and started getting to know each other. I found out so much about her, she has such an inspiring story especially for women, but for men as well and for anyone wanting to make the step into moving and living somewhere different in the world!

We grew up together, and have lots to talk about. Billy should've been Episode 1 on my podcast but we didn't get a chance to make that happen. Although he is here now, we will put another couple episodes up with Billy, like Part 2 & possibly 3.
