Did you ever run away as a kid? Hmm well maybe you at least thought about doing it.
Now how many times have you thought about running away as an adult?
Running away from responsibilities, running away from commitments, or maybe just running away from life!
I would say it is safe to say that you are not alone if you have had these feelings even as an adult.
In fact, I wanted to share with you the 4 principles that have helped me to pony up and tackle obstacles head on instead of running away from my problems.
1) Collision creates connection
2) What resists persists
3) Hate is a cop-out
4) Love Conquers hate
Now when I face a tough conversation, feelings of laziness, sorry excuses, other people’s problems this frame allows me to push forward and step up to the adversity that lies ahead.
If you listen to the full episode not only will you hear examples and applications for each of these principles, but
You will hear an example of the “I hate you” exercise and how it can be applied in moments of confrontation particularly with young children or young adults.
If you are tired of running away from your problems, running away from your responsibilities or commitments send me a DM at the social media handles below and say "I'm tired of running away!" --> I'd love to connect and help you become the person you truly want to be.
