The principle that humans either run away from pain or run towards pleasure. We expand on this principle and discuss how when humans run away from pain they go further and faster than they would if they were running towards pleasure. We also expand on that principle even further and discuss how when we can make the mindset shift in our brain to go from running away from something into hunting something down we are likely to achieve the best results and experience the most focus and flow in our commitments.

(Loneliness) Being alone is completely normal and natural; we are complete in our alone state. Loneliness is simply a feeling of being in the dark and being disconnected. Lovers can become strangers and anyone can become lonely. Overcoming loneliness is as simple as turning on the light. Except, the light must be worked for. Walking through a dark room? It is going to be challenging to find the light switch but it’s completely doable. Need money to pay the electricity bill? Your gonna have to work for the money to turn the lights on, but you can do it.

(B.) Disconnecting from technology?
(C.) Connecting with a stranger?
(D.) Connecting with my feelings?
(E.) Connecting with those in need of help?

Anytime paralyzing perfectionism grabs hold remember this: "the gifts I have are important and they were
given to me for a reason so it’s my responsibility to find every reason to use and share
them." Stop, read that again, it’s important! Paralyzing perfectionism is the opposite of that
statement. We have the POWER to deem our work successful and until we do that no one
else will have the opportunity to experience the fruits of our success for themselves. If you
are whole and complete why wouldn’t your ideas and your creations be the same. If your
an ever expanding constant in a sea of change why wouldn’t your creations be expanding
and evolving along with you. Change is wonderful and so are you.
Wonder Exercise: ask,
(A.) What habits are blocking my gift?
(B.) What is the payoff of putting these habits aside to share my gift?
(C.) What is the cost of NOT being generous with my gifts?
(D.) Get clear on WHY and take the next big step.

I am starting to feel anxious and my anxiety levels are rising: Consider that anxiety is nothing more then a signal that something is out of alignment. With practice we can begin to feel where exactly the anxiety is at in our body and breathe into it. Feeling, breathing and getting present are natural remedies for anxiety.
Wonder Exercise: (FBA, Feel, Breathe, Ask) Where do I FEEL the anxiety or restlessness at? (B.) Take THREE deep Breaths into that space where the anxiety was felt. (C.) ASK, what is my anxiety trying to tell me?

Anytime I feel fed up with the process and want to give up! The most important thing to remember is
“BE HERE NOW.” Getting back into the present moment takes the mind off of all the “what ifs”
and the “should haves” thus allowing us to experience total POWER. These questions will help us
to navigate our way back to the present and ultimately build our faith to trust.
Wonder Exercise:
(A.) What am I holding onto that no longer serves me?
(B.) What physical pains can you feel and hear in your body? Physical pains is the universe telling you something is out of balance.
(C.) Outlining is when we tell the universe what is best for us and how it should happen, but this level of force comes at a cost. Ask yourself “Am I flowing or forcing?”
(D) What can you release now to experience more flow in the moment?
