In this episode, we speak about the energetics of your womb and the frequency that it is currently operating from. The connection between your womb and the different domains and energetic centers that it lives in such as, the root of the womb, or the throat of the womb and so forth. The importance of understanding where you are currently operating from, leads you to a place of accountability so that you may understand that if you are operating from the negative aspect of womb of the throat, then you would need to practice the release of pain that’s being held in your throat. What are you not saying? What are you not asking for? The womb and the throat is interconnected. All of our inner energetic centers that align to create harmony within our lives are connected and goes back to the connection of the womb. This episode is about alignment and accountability. And the end of the era of us running away from ourselves and running away from our truths.
In this episode, I invite you into a powerful analogy of birth and release. Imagine yourself in a deep squat, giving birth — not to a child, but to your womb’s hidden pain, the heaviness you’ve been carrying, the shadows that have been buried. That pain is brought to the surface, revealed in the light, so it can finally be seen, heard, and transformed.
This conversation is all about transmutation through womb awakening: revealing what is hidden in the womb, bringing it forward, and transforming it into wisdom and freedom.
You’ll also receive practical steps and sacred tools to support your own womb healing journey, including:
• Womb healing rituals
• Womb steaming
• Meditation & deep breathing
• Connecting with water
• Womb yoga
This episode is both an invitation and a remembrance: to bring forth what has been concealed, to meet it with love, and to transmute it into power.
Don’t forget to bring your notebooks bring your journals , and a cup of some womb tea: a red raspberry leaf or chamomile tea will sit nicely.
