> "Some parts of [religion] were very beautiful. I love the music. But then you start looking at some of the preachings and find that it's not what you think it is at all."

"I always knew that my sexuality did not fit into the Pentecostal religion."

> "She said, I connect with God directly."
Trey was initially skeptical, but the connection he felt during their conversation changed his perspective. He recounts a powerful moment when Reverend Bonnie delivered a message from his grandmother, which resonated deeply with him:
"You need to stop running through stop signs because one day it's gonna get you in trouble."
This experience marked a turning point for Trey, reinforcing the importance of listening to spiritual guidance and embracing his true self.

Trey is now studying astrology and sound healing, focusing on how he can help others through his work. He describes his current path at a mystery school in Kentucky, emphasizing the importance of learning and personal growth:
"I'm learning to incorporate what I'm learning for myself and then learning to deliver it to help others."
