Set my alarm to wake on a sleep cycle 

- Sleep cycles are ~90mins, therefore count backwards from intended wake time to find best bed time.

4 sleep cycles = 6 hours

5 sleep cycles = 7.5 hours

+ ~30mins to get to sleep
