It's been about two weeks since the start of my new show "Wake Up with Ray G" and it has definitely been a bit of an adjustment for me personally. I had to reinvent my workflow to better suit my daily tasks and figure out the best way to maximize my time. As I begin my journey into real estate I have found out the not-so-shocking truth that it's pretty expensive. I've been trying to figure out all of the small things I have to do in order to be certified and be protected if anything happened.
