You have a specific thing you are supposed to be doing and by not doing it, you are not aligned. This mis-alignment is not a “bad” thing, it's the map to your happiness and it tells you specifically how and why you are out of alignment, as well as how to get back. This separation from our ideal causes dis-eases in our body, whether it's pain, lack of movement or motion, or internal or external issues. Dis-ease will go away if you are aligned soul, mind, body, and future. But, how can you know all the things about those things?
