This week we are joined by long time friend and training partner of previous guest Jake Smith, James Heneghan!

James has made his way to South Wales from the other side of the bridge, and is a bit of an honorary Welshman now. We talk about growing up in the Hamphshire schools running circles, that have spawned some of the most competitive Park Runs in the UK.

We couldn't let him go without talking about his record snatching shift at this years Castles, his constant battles with Jake and of course, the inaugural Tonypandy Track Classic!
