There’s an option to have fun with life; whether it’s to explore your mind-space in ways that was normal when we were little adventurous kiddos — freedom doesn’t come from situation, but the attitude you create as the human artist we all are; and where you point the culmination of that exploration you chose to be open to.

Have fun, be peace, be love & do something random every so often :)

This recording was taken during a hike that I did a few weeks back. There is something beautiful about letting stream of consciousness guide our words into teaching ourselves; 1. About ourselves, and 2. How to embrace the present moment.

What’s useful for me, is the talking out of my thoughts, which feels like the easiest way for me to relax. Sometimes, I can forget briefly the beauty that is how I care for myself… this talk brought that beauty back into my peripherals & inspired me to do even more :)

Peace & Love

While living in Vietnam for 2 months -- I came up with the idea to share moments of healing through my own way I've learned to grow through the years. The philosophy is engraved into the way I live my life; and the way I see the world. Using moments of realizing, which are often small momentus thoughts that we can hold onto if we choose to put our consciousness in their direction.

My philosophy of using subtle moments to heal can be transmitted through conversation; to open that days awareness into one of realizing how special the way we think already is. It's almost hyponitic - when positivity & love are versed in a way that doesn't allow either person to enter a state of over analyzation and judgement of self.
