I'm getting fancy with some intro and outro music, watch out! Plus, I get through about the first ten minutes, with my new fancy mic and wind screen, but then the wind won the war in me trying to record outdoors while walking. After multiple tries, I retreat to the indoors to record the 2nd half the episode. Hang in there, hopefully the quality of the content outweighs the uphill battle of podcast producing against the wind. This is my rough draft podcast, if you will. Bear with me, and be gentle! I reflect on some points that I made in the first episode that outlines my story, challenge, and overall objective, and as you will hear, of course I get my steps in along the way!

A lot to update everyone on...and I landed on this method as the best way to do that. 2021 for me has actually been pretty tough. 2020 was actually a lot easier if you can believe that. In this episode you'll learn why, and what I'm trying to do about it. That is, embarking on a major steps challenge to reach 4,000,000 by the end of the year, all for raising funds and awareness for the VEDS (Vascular EDS, or Vascular Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome) community.
