Today I’m joined by a Personal Trainer and coach from Sydney that I’m very excited to get his very evidence based approach to health and fitness. Brendon Edwards is A bodybuilding competitor, a Powerlifting competitor, and more importantly to me a Trainer that has worked in the big box gyms and has worked with real world humans. People from all walks of life walk through those gym doors and it falls on the trainers and coaches of these gyms to develop strategies for a vast population, and it’s important that when you are doing this you look at the evidence based approaches and build your foundation on what’s been proven to work, and then based on the outcomes of the individual you decide what to do, and that is exactly what I want to talk to you about today welcome Brendon!
