After a few weeks of missing the podcast, we're back with an update on how the journey is going, the challenges that were faced over the last 4 weeks complete with progress photos and a break down of the mindset needed to become the fittest and strongest version of yourself.

5 weeks in and had the biggest gain out of the cut so far. I talk about why this may have happened, if that means I am starting from square one, and what it means for the rest of the weight loss phase.
I also talk about my ideal body, and how to manage expectations of your physique when you start your journey.

Another big Drop! Today I relay the week prior, what went well, what didn't go to plan, and I also go through some transformations of some of my athletes and the amount of effort that was required to get there. Week 3 is over with a new low weigh in. 2.5kg drop so far with about 9kg to go. Today I talk about the different kinds of people who track calories, I go through my diet for the week, and how easy it is to fall off track, and how to accept compliments about your progress when you don't want to.
