Today’s morning walk I’m joined with someone I consider to be someone who is creating what I would consider to be the golden standard in coaching in Australia. The amount of content that is pumped through their JPS machine is incredible from courses that you at home and anyone just interested in Fitness can get into and start the journey into smart exercise. Samuel Schepis is the co-founder of JPS Health and Fitness in Airport West & South Melbourne and is a competitor in Bodybuilding & Powerlifting, holding an Australian Powerlifting U77kg National Championship and a record squat of 255kg Under 77kg & a total of 697.5kg. 

He also handles up to 50 of his own clients online and 1-on-1 from competitive athletes to general health and fitness. I'm taking advantage of someone who has had a lot of exposure to some of the best coaches in the world like Eric Helms, Jeff Nippard, Brad Schoenfeld, Eric Trexler, which are some of the best researchers on everything health and fitness and today I’m walking with someone who gets to apply all of that knowledge in the real world and I’m excited to bring everyone here some amazing value on how to look and feel your absolute greatest welcome Samuel!
