No permanence is ours; we are a wave

That flows to fit whatever form it finds:

Good morning fellow pilgrims, today I'm gonna play a little bit with the word productivity

The quality of it what it may look like to measure one’s own worth in life

how we use our self , our body and what drives us to do the things that we do.

Are we compelled to act or is it a gift, is it a celebration?

As every flower fades and as all youth

I realize, as I am writing this, that even my inspirational sentence is confusing to me. So let's see if I can break it down:

You are doing something

I am part of it

I am affected negatively by it

Here is the fun part; can I honor my feelings without needing you to change your behavior, to ask for forgiveness, or to make amends. Hopefully I won't get too lost inside that maze and hope that some of it might prove interesting to some of you.

This morning I am going to jump off a different diving board. Yesterday I had two experiences and that led me to get the inspiration for today's podcast.

Today I am going to share with you some thoughts about the way that I am starting to view emotional suffering. I hope, that's some of my insight into my own emotional state. My hope is that I will be able to convey What an interesting proposition it can be to shift one way to look at some thing that has never been considered before and through the magnifying glass of curiosity , to transform that point of you.

Today I will state categorically that I believe that the word pragmatism should be burned forever and has no place in our lexicon

Also today, I will talk about how tinder change my life and recount part of my pilgrimage from the north to the south of Spain.
