Walker discusses the difficulties he has faced in raising money, due to a combination of investors' general aversion to e-commerce companies and specific skepticism about how many people can benefit from a product like Walker's Bevel razor. He also explains why he's planning to keep the business independent, building something that will last 200 years or more. Later this year, Walker & Company plans to launch a line of beauty products for women that are personalized to where the buyer lives and travels.
