Walking by Faith

Today we are continuing on in our series Living by Faith. This series is all about prayer and our prayer life can't grow until we understand our authority in Christ Jesus. To understand that authority we must understand the Sovereignty of God, so let's join pastor as he explains.

John Wesley once said, "It seems that God can do nothing unless a man asks him." In this message Pastor Duane continues teaching about pray, helping us to understand that without knowing what belongs to us in the covenant relationship that we have with God, we'll continue to wander through life with a "whatever happens, happens" attitude.

Today we are starting a new series called Living by Faith. Pastor is teaching on the importance of prayer and the relationship prayer builds between you and God. When you are drawing near to God, he draws near to you. Lets see what Pastor has to say in today’s message Walking with God.

Often we think of prayer as being a way to make a request to God. But really it's more of a conversation, it's a way to build a relationship with God. In the first message from his new series 'Living by Faith' Pastor Duane teaches on the importance of prayer and the relationship it builds between you and God.

Weapons are powerful things and if you don't know how to use them, or use them recklessly, they can bring harm. In this message Pastor Daniel Vander Klok teaches from Proverbs 12:18 to illustrate the importance of knowing how to use your words as a constructive weapon rather then a destructive one.

God created each of us with a purpose. However, sometimes things in the Kingdom of God don't get done because the person who could do it thinks that it's such a small task. In the message Kingdom Seeker Pastor Duane helps us to understand that it's not a matter of what you think is a big purpose or a small purpose, it's a matter of being faithful in what God has called you to do.

We are built to have relationships, and not just with each other but also with God. When we are faced with obstacles in our earthly relationships we need to turn to God to help us through them. In this message Pastors Duane and Jeanie walk us through some obstacles that we may face and how to overcome them.

As we finish up this series Pastor is giving us a few questions to think about as we learn how to apply the blood to our lives.

In the final message from the Crimson Cross series Pastor Duane asks us to answer three questions: How do you identify yourself? Do you qualify for God's best blessings? Do you feel you qualify to serve? Find out how these questions relate to having faith in the Blood of Jesus.
