Bondages in our lives refer to various forms of restrictions, limitations, and entanglements that hinder our personal growth, well-being, and spiritual development. These bondages can manifest in different aspects of our lives, such as physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual realms. They can be self-imposed or influenced by external factors. It is important to recognize that everyone's experience of bondage is unique, and the journey towards liberation is deeply personal.

As we come to week thirteen of our journey to freedom, I want to finish with the song "In Jesus Name (God of Possible)" by Katy Nichole. "In Jesus' Name" signifies the believers request or action is made with Jesus' authority, for His glory, and according to God's will, rather than being a magical phrase. It expresses a desire to align one's purpose and actions with Christ's character, acknowledging His role as mediator and the power of His atoning on the cross to give access to God.

I don't know about you but I know by God can but the question is why am I not living to the fullest. Over the last year that song and other things have been a real eye opener for me, I have finally started to let go of the control of things and start believing my God can do anything He wants to do, I don't about you even though I knew the truth sometimes I just let my guard down I was believing the lies Satan, the world and even myself were saying. I hope by the time you finish listening to this podcast you will truly believe God is capable of doing anything because He is all powerful and limitless in everything. God has been longing for a relationship with you for a long time. He has been waiting for you to see and understand that.

The Journey of faith is often filled with moments when we might feel lost or distant from God. However, the beautiful truth is that God is always there, waiting for us to turn back to Him. The scriptures assure us that when we sek Him, we will find Him. Everything about today's message reminds us of God's unwavering love and relentless pursuit of our hearts.

Want to make a lie seem true? Say it again and again and again. Because of the world we live in today, if we arer not soundly grounded in God's word, we start to believe the world and Satan.

In this Journey of life, it is easy to feel the urge to take control, to grab the pen and write your own story. But as Christians we must remember that God is the author f our story. I believe that daily we must be reminded that God is still writing our story and to stop stealing the pen from Him. Throughout scriptures we are reminded, we must trust God even when the path seems uncertain.

Question for you today who is in control of your life? Are you at the wheel or are you allowing God to be in control? I am learning what it means to allow God to have His way in my life. I have to fight the urge daily to have it my way. Sometimes I think I can handle this alone but that is not what God wants no matter, how small the problem is or how big I think I am, I must allow Him to be in control. When I take the wheel and make the decisions it seems I end up lost, going in the wrong direction or crashing and burning.

It makes total sense that the God who created us can also heal us physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. Our creator God is our Great Physician as well. We should thank God for His restorative power and never hesitate to ask Him for His healing touch whenever we are hurting. In the scriptures, waiting on God is one of the open secrets to receiving His goodness and presence. Spending quiet time with God is the humble opening to God Himself. In the connected quiet, God downloads upon us the things we need.

I am constantly reminded to hold onto what I believe in. Jesus is the light, when the darkest (Satan / the world) has robbed me of all my sight. So many times in this life, we fall so far short of what Christ has called us to do. We can be praying and praising and feeling connected to the Lord, and then suddenly Satan shows up, and we start complaining, judging, sighing with impatience, feeling discouraged, reacting before thinking and most of all taking my focus off of Jesus. How can we go from one extreme to the next so quickly.

Prayer is communication with God which helps us break the chains that the world and Satan use to keep us bound with our past. It serves as a direct, deliberate communication with the Creator, offering praise, confession, thanksgiving, and petition. Prayer is not just a routine but a responsive dialogue with God, reflecting trust in His loving character and ability to intervene.
