This walking Meditation is by request from some of my followers who want to bring mindfulness into their daily walks. So take this practice outside, or walk (very) slowly back and forth in your living room. Learn to walk not to get somewhere, but to walk for walking sake. The more you practice consciously walking, the more you will walk on purpose through your daily life.
