Eye Opener

This is a great book. Although written while keeping the western audience in mind, Justin O'Brien really takes us on a walk in the great Himalayas with the eternal light of the sages like Swami Rama.

This is a must read for anyone starting meditation or simply seeking peace for themselves and the entire world.

I would also recommend the book, LIVING WITH THE HIMALAYAN MASTERS: Spiritual Experiences of Swami Rama (Paperback) by Swami Rama.
