What is the greatest invitation you've received in life?

We so often concern ourselves with our "calling" in ministry....but what if I were to tell you that the call going out to us is far greater than any ministry or vocation we could do?

Christ has given us an invitation to a new life, a wonderful family, and a purpose beyond ourselves.

How do we escape the corruption of this world or the desires of the flesh?

There is a promise given to us in 2 Peter 1:2-11 that we can avoid stumbling into sin.

We start with faith or pistis and as we add to that faith, we will be given an entrance into the a kingdom not of this world.

Do we honor the house more than the builder of the house?

We must offer the righteousness of Christ to those in need.

A strung out addict, barely holding on doesn't need to know how to turn a $1,000 seed into a million dollars.

A woman struggling with the decision to keep a baby or not doesn't need our best suites and fancy presentation......she needs to be loved and shown that Christ will cover her.

Sometimes life isn't fair.

We are obedient, and do what God says...yet...we still suffer the consequences of other people's disobedience.

...and when the Father forgives us, through the blood of Jesus, there are still those who won't forgive us here on earth.

What do we do?

What happens when you were good, righteous, and believed...but you suffer because others weren't good or righteous, and refused to believe?

How do we move forward knowing that the Father has forgiveness us, but those around us still refuse to?

These are the questions we must answer and understand to rise above discouragement and continue ro serve the Lord.

What is "working out your salvation"?

What does it mean to "bear one another's burdens", but still be accountable for "carrying your own burden"?

Starting in Philippians 4, and moving through Galatians 6 and continuing on to 2 Corinthians 10 for further clarification.

We end in the latter half of 1 Corinthians 9 and Hebrews 11 & 12 to finish with a strong encouragement to stay the course and not lose heart.
