There is nothing more powerful than God's glory and Moses wanted to have an encounter with it.  When our desires match Moses' we set ourselves up for life-changing encounters with the living God.

Moses was called a friend of God, sometimes we don't feel this way.  We have more access the almighty than we realize. 

When we look to God in our times of trouble we can endure, but when we take our eyes off of him, that is when things start to falter.

Our attitude as we approach God makes a difference in what will come of the encounter. 

God led the Israelites through a wilderness journey to teach them his character.  When God brings us to the wilderness, it is not for our detriment, but for our benefit.  Will we pass the test?

Moses and the Israelites begin their journey to the promised land but they are off to a rocky start when they run out of food.  Their response to this situation is less than ideal but God provides...God always provides.

Before God parts the Red Sea, the Israelites complain and Moses tries to put things into perspective.  This week we look at God's call for us to keep moving with a stillness in our hearts.

God will go to great lengths to make himself known.  Once we see him we have a choice to engage in a relationship or defy his authority.  

We encounter conflict every day, but is the "peace" we make actually peace?  Pastor Ken continues his series on the Sermon on the Mount with "Blessed are the peacemakers because they will be called children of God."
