When I did the podcast last week, it felt like it was missing something.... or someone. I can't do this without Ci so I called in some back up to help me out until she returns... This is a solo episode on self care and what I am doing in order to best take care of me. We all know that self care can be hard with a full house, multiple jobs, kids, and you still gotta clean!!!!
