Maayong adlaw, hapon og gabii mga beshiecakes! Jeana and Ju talk about the many aspects of dieting and how they both see food in their lives. Jeana talks about her first-time experience with therapy and how it affected her. Join us as we catch-up on our lives after not talking to each other for almost a month.
Also mga Ka-Wanbats, if you stick until the end of the episode, we've got a surprise for you. So you better watch out for that! Episode 11 will be the last pre-recorded episode of this season of Wanbats Ra Besh. But we still have two more episodes left to go and it's going to be exciting! See you then mga beshiebells.
It's Pride Month mga beshiebells! For this episode, Jeana and Ju talk about what we know on the celebration of Pride and everything about Pride from flags to knowing about our basic SOGIE. And as you may already know, Ju always prides himself as a member of the trans, nonbinary folk, however in this episode we'll also put a highlight on what Jeana identifies as.
From the very beginning, we both agreed to create this podcast as a form of Pride itself - we wanted to share a part of ourselves as a form of celebration, activism, and a safe haven - so that those of us who are somehow uncomfortable, hurt, or even to an extent afraid of being ourselves can find a place they can relate to or even find some form of resonance with.
Ikaw? What is Pride for you? Tara, wanbats!
We’re here for one of our most jam-packed episodes in a long time. We talk about tons of things - ranging from the recently concluded election, the need to escape from the reality of our lives, the inherent evilness of mankind, and Everything, Everywhere, All At Once. In this episode, we look into our own thoughts on the reality of accepting the will of the electorate, our feelings about historical revisionism and disinformation in relation to the recent election! We then talk about the famous "is man inherently good or evil" question. And everything we felt while watching "Everything, Everywhere, All at Once" with Justein's favorite GOAT Michelle Yeoh and Jeana's cinema crying!
We've placed a *trigger warning* for this episode because the conversation about existentialism and the meaning of life went a little too dark. But what is our Millennial Life without these kinds of questions, right? Ikaw beshiebells, how are you feeling? Coping or are you also trying to find ways to escape? Tara, wanbats!
It's one of those episodes again where we just talk about everything K-related! This time we talk about our current favorite shows and our shared love for K-variety shows! As you all probably have already known, grabe gyud mi nga fans anything K-related. During Season 1, Ju shared his love for anything K-pop and we learned so much about among comments about the hullaballoo surrounding the Hallyu wave in our lives!
Belated Happy Momshie's Day mga momshiebells and beshiebells! In line with our goals to learn and unlearn more millennial lessons, we're out here learning about very important aspects of adulthood - and that includes MOTHERHOOD! Kabaw mo mga beshiebells, other than our preconceived notions of motherhoodbells, wala gyud kaayo mi nabaw-an about unsa gyud diay feelings sa mga millennial parentals. We do have a very special guest to talk about that though! It's our mumshie friend, Chan! All of us talk about different things that millennials experience as parents and we take from the experience of our guest.
Kamo mga mamshiebells? What are the things we're afraid of when we talk about parenthood and what are the things we wish we would change if we were to become parents. We hope you enjoy this episode and we wish your momshiebells a Happy Mother's Day!
Napansin ba nimo nga sometimes atong mga attitude sa life na-usab na gyud? Naghuna-huna mi tingalig naa gyud siguroy rason nganong naa jud tay kausaban. They say "stress and strain" changes us. Pero how far have our behaviors, mentalities and perceptions changed because of our past hurts mga beshiebells? Mas daghan na ba gyud tag na experience, or mas aware lang gyud tas atong kasakit? Daghan pangutana noh?
In this series of episodes, we talk about the ever-so-thrown-around word called "trauma". Sa atong pagka-millennial, grabe na gyud ang atong conversations surrounding trauma. Some of us, arguably more predisposed than others, and some, just trying to get by. Naa ba mi kailangan ma learn and unlearn about it? Our guest for this episode is someone who's not unfamiliar with it, and she's here to share her insights with us. Come join us as we talk about it!

Nakapili na ba ta mga Ka-Wanbats? One of the most important things about being a Bisaya millennial is getting to exercise our right to vote! Pila nalang ka adlaw before the 2022 Philippine General Election - og hapit nata mupili para sa atong kaugmaon og sa kaugmaon sa atong kanasuran!
In this Special Episode of Wanbats Ra Besh, Jeana and Ju talk about the things they think about when it comes to voting for the right one. As Bisaya millennials, daghan sad mig wala nasabtan, og galibog sad mi sa unsa among buhaton. Pero one thing's for sure, we're trying our best to choose not for any politician, but for the Philippines! Ingon bitaw sila, Pilipinas, pipiliin ka! Ikaw besh, naa nakay pilion sa mga pilianan? Come with us in this special episode as we talk about fake news, credentials, values and uban pa. Tingalig naa sad diay tay dapat ma learn og unlearn about our right to vote and having an informed choice! So unsa pa imong gihuwat? Pili, Pinas!
