Just like the energy of the waning moon stands for releasing and cleansing (your house, closet, friendships, projects).
The second part of this meditation is a loving kindness practice, connecting to your heart as a place of non-judgment, self compassion and acceptance. Connecting yourself to your heart expands your energy being, your home frequency.
