Hi, I am Aditi..from Life With Aditi. and our topic for the season is Gratitude.
Have you ever thought how thankful and grateful we are that we are alive today!! As simple and as small as that right now in this moment we are taking this breath is a reason enough to be grateful for. We are lucky and blessed that we have a new beautiful day to live, a new 24 hours of opportunities, new goals, new experiences. Some people are counting their last breaths and some have not seen the day today.
Gratitude is about always being aware of life’s little blessings, appreciating that you have each body part functioning, you have clean water to drink, the greenery around, birds in the sky, the wind that blows over your face, having electricity at home a comfertable bed, a family..the list is endless if you actually focus on how blessed you are rather than the lack in your life!
So from today, let’s practice rule of 5. Each morning think of 5 things that you are grateful for and see.. how happy you feel for the rest of your day😊😊
