Want to be in a mindfulness study? It’s called, The Calm Mind Experience. Sounds interesting, don’t you think? You’ll be using a technique called, Notice, Name, Relax, Release (NNRR). The experience is for 7 days. Each day, you use NNRR and then send a quick email, sharing what your experience was like with it.
