I thought today I would share with you how I create new programs, new content, book ideas, workshops…everything, really! I’e been doing things this way for Y E A R S now. The first HOLY WOW moment, though, was in 2014 on the way to run an even on the Gold Coast.

Follow these 7 steps to create YOUR own program:

- Get the idea down in as many dot points as possible

- How will this help people get what they want?

- what problems will this solve?

- What will you talk about?

- Then.. how long do you want to run it for?

- What do you want to call it?

- How will you price it?

You can literally go from IDEA TO LAUNCH in 2 days. Less than, if you’re quick at tech! Most people might need a week to get all the collateral together…. but yes, you can do it!
