When I was first going into the workforce and was wondering about how to impress my boss, this is the advice I was given:
“Be the first one in the door and the last one out.”
Anyone else?!
But the problem with this plan is that it’s not sustainable! Not to mention the lack of boundaries that bleeds into your personal life. Especially if you’re working remotely.
So today I'm talking about these 3 things you can be doing NOW to impress your boss for the long haul.
- Be your own advocate
- Be a solution-oriented person
