After a person's house was toilet papered, he found an abundance of tuna in his yard

Multiple homes were hit with eggs and flour was left on porches. At 1 am the cops found 3 teen girls carrying eggs and flour.  

Sept 14th - City of Eau Claire  
A woman walked out of a store with a cart full of stuff without paying, she yelled at the staff when they confronted her saying that if they stopped her she'd get them fired.  

Sept 14th - Village of Pleasant Prairie 
2 female cousins got into a fight and one of them threw a burrito at the other's head
