It was first published serially, then published fully in 1869. Our favorite Russian writer, Leo Tolstoy explores complex ideas and brings new light to old ideas. War and Peace has long been hailed a literary masterpiece and we cannot disagree. It is a brilliant work of art and literary genius. The novel is massive and we are barely able to scratch the surface, yet we highly recommend adding this one to your book list!
