Rob Greene who is a yoga and meditation teacher that specialises in holistic ways of approaching PTSD. After serving as a us navy veteran for 6 years, he then had a successful career in tech brokering which forced him to face the trauma from his early childhood and his military service; so was diagnosed with PTSD 8 years after leaving the military and 3 suicide attempts later.
He wanted to live life more simply so created a small eco village and lived off grid for a few years improving his own understanding of mental health where he experimented with DMT and other psychedelics. After a few years he ventured to India and studied yoga and meditation and then on to China where he studied martial arts and now spends his time trying to share what he’s learnt in the best way that he can to help others suffering with PTSD.
The conversation is authentic loving and very powerful. Enjoy :)

In this episode I meet with the very funny Father Finney from the podcast The Best a Man Can Get. I was interviewed by James on his show last week and we had such a fun time I thought my listeners and subject could also do with a bit of his humour and in my humble opinion and as expected he didn't "fail" to deliver. We talk about failure, being man, a dad, the system, death, suicide and much, much more.

Anders Bolling and myself are doing a podcasting course together with London Real and it's a pleasure to speak to him so deeply. His insights around the mind and the way it works and how to think in an empowering way are valuable for anyone in my humble opinion. His podcast is called Mind the Shift and it's definitely going to be one to watch. During the podcast he talks about his conscious divorce with his now ex wife and how they are still best friends which I found fascinating and a breath of fresh air.
I hope this conversation can provide some healing to my listeners and please let me know if you have any feedback, good or bad. You can email me directly at [email protected]. I also want to hear from other parents suffering with the abuse of parental alienation that want to send a message of love to their children.
Thank you for listening.
