You can provide for your family, protect your family, and pray for your family—and still make your home emotionally unsafe if everyone has learned that your mood determines the atmosphere.

About a year ago, I was emotionally exhausted, wrestling with God, and trying to understand why my life seemed to be falling apart. That night, I prayed the most dangerous prayer I have ever prayed:

“God, whatever You want… I’m in.”

My circumstances did not immediately change, but my heart did. Since then, God has redirected my life, opened unexpected doors, closed others, and reminded me that His plans are always better than mine.

As this video releases, I am serving in Guatemala alongside an incredible team of men—preaching the Gospel, encouraging pastors, and loving people. None of it was part of my original plan. It began with a willingness to say, “Here am I. Send me.”
