We will be discussing age influence on being a father. How and why you mentor boys at certain ages. Mentorship stages include, 

1) Taking responsibility

2) Love and Protect

3) Be faithful

4) Strong Morals

Taking a look at the dark hidden sides of men and women today. What are coping mechanisms we adopt to get by? What are we ashamed of because of them? What do we feel we need to hide? What keeps us dancing in the shadows?

Talking Points:

Gratitude: 

to show appreciation for sacrifices that have been made for you and others. 

Honor: 

To live a life worth of the sacrifices made specifically for you. The way you interact with others. 

No your place:

You don’t deserve shit you earn it!!!

What have you done? What sacrifices have you made?

Self entitlement:

Number one killer of dreams and success.  Also an epidemic in our culture today. Too many spoiled children waiting on a handout

We live in a culture today that has lost the meaning of respect.

They want it but don’t want to give it.

This can’t be faked as fake respect is disrespectful.

 Definition: a feeling of deep admiration for someone or something elicited by their abilities,qualities, or achievements

You have to work at things to get the benefits, who knew

Working out, not just talking about doing it.  You have to get off your ass

Everyone loves the idea, but when it takes work

Sports are falling off because of video games giving Instant gratification, laziness

Videos of people being assaulted, raped, no one is doing anything - TikTok famous, would rather record then help

Step kids, not my problem

Friend is cheating on his wife / friend is drinking too much

Some things are none of your business / Man up and tell him that 

Devil’s advocate - so sue happy that people don't want to get involved.  Husband beating up the wife then you get involved and the wife is hitting you

Crime stats, increase in videos recorded???

- Why be with someone you can’t trust

- Where your treasure is so is your heart

- You can steal from your spouse 

- Concealing is lying

- You can always make more money, can't always find the right person.  Can't make money the focus point

- Stat: 45% of millennials (aged 26-32) don't share any bank         accounts.  Compared to 20% of Gen X and 14% of Baby   Boomers 

- Why: The Me generation

- Lack of trust, not wanting to give up their independence

- Fear that the relationship might end.
