What value do you plan to deliver to your customer segments?

In this episode I share the simple but effective process of identifying your values. With your values in hand it becomes very easy to find a business you can fit into, create a shared value set in a team and easily identify if a job is no longer a fit for you.

Want to write your first blog, but it’s been a long day. Find more. This podcast is about the motto my wife and I have for 2020.

At some point we have to stop splitting our energy. At some point we have to make a sacrifice. Stop splitting your energy trying to be to many things. Sacrifice what will not give you a real ROI from your energy.

What is the single word you can own in your market? If you know what it is and can nudge it into people’s minds, if you can be the only one to own it, you will be in a solid position.

When developing your personal brand, think through what you have done, who you have become and use that to identify you own category. What space can you own?
