Today we sit down and talk about our week, as well as problem solve our next destination!

This is our longest podcast to date! We ramble on about many topics. Politics, Keanu Reeves, Jesus, psychedelic mushrooms and Iowa accents. Some of the audio was lost due to a FaceTime call and a chat with neighbors (they didn't want to be recorded). Hope you enjoy!

We think the best podcasts, and the ones we have the most fun making, are the episodes where we just sit and talk about random things. That's the whole reason this podcast started! Today we touch on many different subjects, most of them hilarious, as usual. We're currently renting a house in a town of 500 people and loving every minute of it. Come hang out with us on a rainy Iowa day and crack a cold one!!

We have been living in a Super 8 Motel this week! We are staying in a town that happens to be in the Northeast corner of Tornado Alley at peak season, so we talk a little about our experience with Tornadoes and Tornado facts.

Tonight we crack a few beers and discuss the movie Nomadland. We discuss the morality of a nomadic life verses a traditional life and the complexities in-between. Oh yeah! AND I start work tomorrow at a new job and we are staying in a place that doesn't allow dogs. Stay tuned!!

Tonight we recap our first week traveling toward Iowa. We have met some characters and seen some sights, some of which we will remember forever. We also explore some taboo "what ifs" topics.. So, hold on for this one. It gets a little WILD.

Farewell, New Mexico 🤎🧡 We head out tomorrow for our next destination; Oelwein, Iowa! We met some wonderful people while we were here, and we will never forget them. Today we recap our week a bit hungover from our going away bash the previous evening. We are ready for new adventures, as always remembering that we have eachother, and that "it is what it is".

Don't forget to secure your Toad and empty your black tank! Today I'm having Charlie guess RV slang terms, most of which we did not know until about 6 weeks into our journey! We missed our upload on Sunday and a lot of you let us know! We have been dealing with crazy weather, frozen pipes, no heat, and power outages. Here is an episode to tide you over and we'll be back next Sunday!

We're catching a buzz after a tough week. Our dog, Buddy, had his tail amputation this week, I gave my final work notice in Artesia AND we were attacked by dogs! WHEW. I think Artesia, New Mexico is saying "Adios" to us in the worst way.
